I've been having a nightmare trying to setup BES for ONE user. Can't understand why on earth its so hard. Anyway I have made sure the user has Enterprise package on their carrier.
It says 'failed forwarding message' in the status indicator. I have opened ports 3101 and 3500 TCP both in and out. I can send messages to the user via the PIN/Email option in BES. I can send It policy, service book.
On the main user page it gives the users name, the PIN and the status is running, so all seems fine but the user never gets any emails forwarded.
Does anyone have any ideas why on earth it doesn't work, it would really help me out.
I've got Exchange 5.5 btw.
