Can't make new Curve 8900 access my orange 'live box' router even having entered PSK code

any advice?

My 9000 works with my Livebox with no problems,the only things I can think of are mistakes that I've made in the past when trying to connect wifi devices to mine.

The PSK code is case sensitive and my one is all upper case letters.

You must press the pairing button on the Livebox when connecting a new device.

I dare say you've done both of the above but they're the only things that come to mind.

Thanks woody - I think I 'paired' (button 1?) and got PSK code correct...will try again...about 10th attempt

Success....was using PSK from previous box...before lightning strike chuffed it
