Email to handset problem
I have a new 8900 which is all set up and working..its can send email from my 2 accounts (work & personal) no problem
The issue is with delivery back to handset. I'm sure from what I understand that this is due to mail being forwarded from pop box to outlook on PC (for both a/c's) thus mail not remaining on a server anywhere and so BB can't see it to forward (unless PC is off an so its queued on server awaiting delivery) so there fore I get some but not all.
I'm sure this is a common problem that others have solutions to

What? are you saying the PC must forward to the BB? If so then it must be on to do that. If you have a BIS account, try forwarding to that email account. then the BB wil get all emails reguardless of the state the PC is in.
No PC does not forward to BB - but if PC is on then it receives email forwarded from mail server (so its no longer on server)
yes, you need to check the "leave messages on server" in outlook options.
PS don't have this outlook option?
If the email system( not Outlook ) forwards to the BB with the option "leave messages on server" as Midnight stated you will have both reguardless of the PS state. You will have to delete the copy on the server unless you select to delete from the BB.
The option to leave messages on server in outlook, is somewhere under tools-options
or its under the properties for the account setup in outlook.
its there, its just a pain to find it.
It (leave messages on server) is on the Advanced tab for the internet email account setup/options.
