Hi. I just recently got a Blackberry Tour 9630. It seems to work fine, I had the woman at the Verizon store set-up my AOL E-Mail to my phone and that seems to work too except I don't always receive e-mails to both my AOL account online and on my phone, sometimes just my phone. I need to be able to see every e-mail sent to me on both, as some I am unable to reply to or handle from my phone. Anyone have similar problem? Any suggestions/advice?

I would check the option on the AOL account site. If anything I would suspect the BB would miss emails. Maybe a spam filter or other option is causing this.
