Default Please help me accomplish this...

Hi. I just bought a blackberry yesterday and I would like an app that does this... or close to this. Can someone please guide me in the right direction??

I have a carpet cleaning business so I'm on the road a lot. I'd like to be able to keep my appointments on my blackberry. However, I would also like to be able to input them into my computer when I'm in the office. It would be great too if I could set it up to send the data from the calender on my blackberry to the computer and vice versa automatically, although I suspect I will have to physically sync them through USB at the end of every day. Finally, in the mornings, I'd like to be able to send the jobs through text messages to my technicians (who don't necessarily have blackberries themselves).

Thank you for your help!

Use your blackberry and use google sync to wirelessly sync them. Or you can connect via usb and use outlook to keep then synced. Itl only sync on usb connection tho

Google sync will sync your Blackberry calender with your gmail calendar over the air. you can send text (sms) messages to any cell phone, it doesnt have to be a blackberry

The other option is to use a hosted BES solution. Link2Exchange and Exchange My Mail are two possibilities and are both in our Sponsors Section.
