Default Network Error

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I just started using Bold 2 (9700) and I am facing lotsa problems in handling it as I was too used to Nokia phones.

I've been trying to use Uber Twitter and FB mobile via CELCOM WAP and also WiFi but I received an error says NETWORK error which leaves me with no chance to surf internet. What is wrong? Did I click anything wrong or do I need to set anything?

And oh, I am not using BB Service yet. Am actually trying to see how much is my data usage for this month before deciding to use BB Service.

Please help.

You need a BlackBerry Data plan to use these features. A regular WAP plan won't cut it.

Thanks. I got my Bold 2 yesterday and Uber Twitter was working fine on WAP and WiFi yesterday. It only started to have the network error at night.

But FB Mobile never worked since beginning.

BlackBerrys do require a BlackBerry specific data plan for most of the functions to work. Let me find the FAQ for you, I'll post back with a link.

Edit: http://www.blackberryfaq.com/index.p...ta_Plan_for%3F

Read over that, it will give you a good idea of what you can or can't do without a BB specific plan.

(The FAQ is a great place to start your search, especially if your new to BlackBerry, you can reach it by clicking the appropriate header above)
