Default Internet icon? Blackberry rebooting?

Please Login to Remove!

I have an icon that has appeared top left of the screen which looks like a globe (next to the email icon). It has "1" by it. How do I remove it please?

Also my Bold 9700 has frozen on approx three occasions now. Sound does not work. Will not dial out. Then screen goes white and red light stays on constantly until it reboots. Any reason behind this?

Welcome to the forums.

Go into Messages > Menu Key > View Folders and check your Browser Push or WAP folders. You have something in there.

What OS is on your 9700. You may need to upgrade.
