new to the forums...just got my blackberry a few days ago...went with the 9630...have a quick question...anyone know how to clear the voicemail notification...i called vmail and cleared messages...then stayed on the line for a bit...but its still there...any help is greatly appreciated..

Have you tried pulling the battery while the phone is on? This has happened to me before and that has fixed it. It's the first thing to try when somethings not working.

thanks for the tip...ill keep that in mind if it happens again...got another voicemail and the notification went away after i deleted that one...

Delete or read the mail and it will stop. you can also option it off.
