Default BB Backup

Please Login to Remove!

When i am taking a back up of my bb through the desktop manager at the end of the process bar it pops up with a message " There was an error writing to a file " can someone help me out with this please.....

This usually results from a corrupted database.
Can you see during the backup when it fails?

I assume you are restoring a back up.

In that section, go to advanced and choose module by module to see which one is corrupt

I had the same issue until I upgraded to the latest desktop manager.
