Default The Document Conversion Failed

Afternoon, all. First-time poster here, as you can see.

I recently purchased a BB7520 that I'm using on Nextel's network, and I'm having a problem downloading attachments. I realize there's some dispute over whether or not .jpg files require a BES or not, but I'm trying to download simple .doc and .txt attachments from my emails and I'm continuously getting:

THE DOCUMENT CONVERSION FAILED.

Neither the table of contents nor the full file will display.

I've searched this site, as well as HowardForums and the BlackBerry pdf manual I dug up via Google. They all say that the "attachment might contain invalid data." Any other insight into this problem?

Thanks in advance.
