Does anybody know of any way at all to write SMSes into an IPD file?

I know of all the programs that can read the SMSes, contacts, calls etc, as well as those that can write Contacts (ABC AmberGroup software, MagicBerry etc.), but none that can actually add an SMS into an IPD file.

Even if there isn't one that can automatically convert say a CSV file, there doesn't seem to be any way to actually add an SMS into the IPD file. Is it somehow encrypted or protected in some way, that this isn't possible? Or is is simply not documented in the format?

They can be logged and there are editors to view and manipulate them.
