my tour synch duplicates data in outlook contact and tour contacts. how do i resolve this? thanks,

Delete the duplicates on either then delete all on the other and sync.

Easiest editing would be to delete the duplicates in outlook and then sync, allowing the deletions on the device when prompted.

But why did the duplicates occur? Any idea? You might perhaps end up with duplicates again. (Are the duplicates indeed duplicates? Are you sync'ing with two computers, perhaps?)
