Hey so I am completly new with blackberry. My old phone was a samsung flip piece of shit phone, and I just upgraded to a blackberry yesterday!!

Any tips for me? Any suggestions? Any cool amazing things this phone can do?

I was reading the manual, but it was kinda useless.

Wirelessly posted (I'm a xxx35910;xxx28479; boy)

Welcome!

Best way to get acquainted with your phone is simply to play with it and use it. Like you said, the manual is kind of useless. Browse around the forum and you can learn quite a bit.

As for programs and things to do, I'd say because it's your device, figure out what you're going to use it for. That way you can put the apps that are most relevant to you. We all have BBs for different reasons.

Dude, nevermind the get acquainted with your phone routine, and the know thyself know thy enemy philo.

The best start up would be to learn how to use your shorcuts. That's the best thing about blackberries. If you master your shortcuts, then you can really say that you are using your BB to its full potential.

To do this, search this forum for shorcut tips or just google it. I personally like the thread dedicated to shortcut tips and tricks on the crackberry forum.

Enjoy!!!
