Default Blackberry Prof calendar not syncing from handset to BES 4.1.4.17

Please Login to Remove!

Calendar entries from BES (owa) to handset sync ok; handset to BES not working (new appt created on handset doesn't sync with BES; appt created on BES but deleted on handset don't sync).

Emails sync fine.

Domain Controller : SBS2008/Exchange2007
BES box : Windows 2003 R2 SP2
Exchange Tools: I can't see Exchange2003 Admin Tools on BES box. Instead the BES box has been loaded with Exchange2007 Console & Shell.

On BES box mapi/cdo:
MAPI32.DLL 1.0.2536.0 in c:\windows\system32
CDO.DLL 6.5.8131.0 in c:\program files\ExchangeMapi
(There is no \exchsrvr folder on BES box)

At some point there was Outlook2003 installed on BES box but since removed.

I've carried out following steps but this hasn't resolved:
(1) applied permissions per : /bes-admin-corner/108032-resolved-calendar-one-way-sync-issue-bes-exchange-2007-a.html (url removed)
(2) restarted all BES services
(3) deleted CICAL service book on handset & as this wasn't working,
(4) wiped handheld & reactivated
(5) re-applied Collaboration Data Objects, version 1.2.1 on both Exchange server and BES server.

Extracts from BES MAGT server logs with CDO/MAPI errors:
