Default E-Mail on a BlackBerry 8320

Hi
I recently puchased a BlackBerry 8320(sim free).
My operator is Ikea Family who are an MVNO using T-Mobile. I'm PAYG.
Ikea tell me that they support e-mails but cant seem to tell me how to get connected.
Ikea contacted T-Mobile on my behalf but found they were unhelpful.
My BlackBerry only gives me one option in the e-mail set up, BlackBerry Enterprise Server, or skip e-mail set up.
I would like to be able to send and receive e-mails through my operator or wi-fi.
Can this be done and if so how?

There are very few PAYG services that work with BlackBerrys.

You normally have to have a specific BlackBerry tariff or add on.

IKEA Family needs to tell you whether they support BlackBerry e-mail, which is different than normal web based e-mail.

It must be handled by your carrier. Not by a third party.

I'll contact IKEA Family again and see what they can do but I don't hold out much hope.
