| You could try going into there again and selecting delete prior. However, I don't think that will solve your issue.
I would try doing this.
Connect your device to your PC, launch DM and select Backup/Restore > Advanced. In the right column, highlight Phone Call Logs and click the clear button.
Now, this will erase your entire phone call log, but it sounds like there could be corruption in there as well and this would remove that too.
