Default BlackBerry/Google Maps

I am trying to access BlackBerry Map in BlackBerry or Google Map on smart phone i am a suer of BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server) but not success,

1) I am trying to access Blackberry Maps, getting error (A network error was encountered. Check your server settings)
2) unable to use Google Maps ,also getting error (network error . Your enterprise BlackBerry server does not allow connection to the Google Maps service)
There is using firewall, with Remote Database (SQL server) can you advice me , if required to open any port or IP or any IT pollicy is required to allow the Blackberry Maps or Google Maps.
