Hi

I have setup user's Outlook email on Blackberry using the built in OWA email service (under Email Settings not BES) .


He is getting emails ok . When he deletes an email from his handset, it will delete the same message from his outlook , which is great.


However , if he deletes and email from his outlook 2003 or OWA client , it does not delete the email from his handset, even after reconcilation.


The Reconciliation settings on the handset are:

Delete on: Mailbox and Handheld ,

Wireless Reconcile: On,

On Conflicts: Mailbox Wins.


How do I get emails deleted from Outlook to delete on handset also?


FYI, This is not the only user with this problem.

That's a BES thing right now. When RIM updates BIS to v.3 (sometime soon) this capability might be added. Reconciliation is only for BES and does nothing on BIS.

Are there any apps available that can fully sync outlook mailbox emails without using BES?

Only a hosted BES solution like ExchangeMyMail or Link2Exchange. At least for now, that is. RIM is showing more and more BES-style love to us BIS users, but it's coming pretty slowly.
