Default HELP. Curve 8310 won't turn on!

Please help if anyone has had or heard of a similar problem! I was out last night and did not get a chance to charge my phone before it died this morning. I plugged it into a wall charger when I got the chance the red LED light flashed once and then a blank white screen popped up, there was no hour glass like normal. it stayed white for a while so I unplugged it and took the battery out. I've tried three different chargers since then and the red light doesn't blink at all when plugged into any of them. the phone does nothing and isn't detected by my computer. I've taken out the SIM and micro sd card, left the battery out, and I can't think of anything else to try. HELP!

I have the same exact problem. The red light comes on for a few seconds and goes off but nothing happens! Hopefully someone can help with this, and soon. I love my blackberry!

if your light blinks every 5 seconds all you have to do is take the battery out for a little while along with the SIM and Micro SD card leaving the phone plugged in. put it back in after a few minutes and try turning on your phone, it probably just needs rebooted. hope it helps

anyone have any suggestions about how to get mine to work, no flashing LED light and the screen doesn't do anything? :( :( :(

Welcome to the forums, Brittany.

Can you get your PC to detect your phone if you follow these steps?

I think you all should upgrade your vintage 2007 blackberry 8310's with current models, like the curve 8520.
