Default Bes/bis

I was curious if my BES account could possibly have ANY impact on my entire BIS inbox being blanked and then refreshed numerous times through the day. Quite literally the inbox gets populated with the 50 or so emails and then a few hours later it goes blank. THe process is also repeated throughout the day and night. Sprint is working on the problem, however I understand any cross impacts because of my BES account.

The BES account could have an impact, but only by blocking all or part of it. Nothing with blanking it out.

And do you have Sprint or Verizon? Your profile states Verizon.
