I am currently having an issue opening any type of document on the media card on my Blackberry, including .doc, .xls, .pdf. When I try to open the file from the file manager, I get the following message: "Please use the following format when entering a remote share: //host/share as a minimum, optionally add [/folder[/folder...]][/filename]". I can open a file if I go to Documents to go app (free) and open it there. Just can't open it from the file manager. I have backed up the media card and formated it on the blackberry and have done a reset (keyboard and batt pull). Am I missing something? Anyone have any ideas? Phone info is listed below.

Yes. I also just did another because I reset before I formatted the card.

Has anyone ever seen this before?

I haven't may want to check to see if you running the latest OS for the 9700.
