Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I'm planning on buying one of these 2 smartphones, but I can't seem to decide on which one.

Which one would you guys choose?

Thank you very much for your opinions.

Wirelessly posted (8520 (5.0.0.411))

What do you intend to use the device for? Each device has it's own pro's and con's.

You have to think about whether you prefer touchscreen or the tactile feel of a keyboard.

Many differences between the two, http://www.blackberry.com has a neat tool you can use that will help you compare the technical stats. Click Smartphones, then click "Compare Smartphones". You can drag and drop different models and compare.

With the Storm you have to be ready for an entirely new BlackBerry experience. That virtual/on-screen keyboard is a completely different animal compared to any other BlackBerry you've ever used. Make sure you can deal with it before you buy. That means going to a local store and playing with it for as long as they'll tolerate you fondling their demo unit. I personally couldn't get used to the Storm 1 and that keyboard. I was enthralled with the huge screen, but lack of the physical keyboard (which drew me to BlackBerrys in the first place) turned out to be a deal-breaker. I owned one for just over a week, and that on-screen tap-and-pray setup ruined my productivity. And isn't productivity why we use BlackBerrys in the first place?

The Storm 2 is supposed to be much better, but I'm not going down that road again!
