Hi, we're using GW 7.02HP, BES 4.1.4.16 . Some users are receiving email first on their BB (8900 & 8310) 3 to 4 minutes BEFORE the mail is delivered to their mailbox. I checked the refresh delay on the GWclient an it's set to 1 minute (default). How can we fix that? Thanks in advance, Emmanuel
