I am a novice BB user. I have a BB storm 2

My issue is that since Sunday all my emails disapper. They can be read and stay active for a short while and then are simply gone.

The emails are all on my home PC. i did not change any settings.

The device was working fine until Sunday. I usaually delte all my emails every two days on the storm

I use no applications and the I use the device to read emails

VZW did a few resets but that did not fix the problem

Any simple things that I can do to correct this
