Default Syncing With Optonline & Gmail

i HAVE 2 BLAKBERRYS AND NEITHER ONE OF THEM SYNC CORRECTLY. oUR SIGNATURES DONT SYNC WHEN CHANGED AND E-MAILS DONT ALWAYS COME THROUGH. DOES ANYONE KNOW A WAY TO FIX THIS? IT IS EFFECTING OUR BUSINESS.

Third, do you have a BlackBerry data plan with Verizon?

Fourth, what models of devices are you trying to use?
