I have a 2 users at a new customer that just migrated to a BES from using the provider's BIS email services before. When two of the users with 8700 models try to open an xls attachment the document is identical, even though the attachment is a different document with different data in it (as seen in their Outlook Client). The only available option is open attachment, from the menu button, and they never get prompted to download and save or anything like that. Is there a way to change this behavior? I did not check what version their BB is running. (shame for a tech)
