Default Remote divert activation

Please Login to Remove!

I left my handset at home on charge this morning - is there a way I can remotely activate a divert to another phone so that I don't miss calls? (Or do I have to go home and get my phone!!?)

Or if it is possible, call your carrier to set up call forwarding for you.

(I've done this before for customers, but I'm not sure about your carriers capabilities)

Noodle - I've been told that the carrier can do this and that there may be a way to do it via their website online, but I was hoping there may be a UK user also on the O2 network who could talk me through the process.

???? Anyone?

BlackBerry's legendary security means you won't be able to access your device remotely. I never even thought of going through the O2 website. Dunno if they offer that service, but if they do I bet the site will pretty much walk you through the necessary steps.

Call customer service and see if they have the ability, I can't tell you. You may not get a quick enough response if you wait around here, so why don't you call?

I just know with my system, I can set it up for my customers, but I don't work for your carrier.
