Have you called Bells customer service to inquire about why you are being billed? Are you subscribed to a data plan? Have you opted to block the internet if you are not? If your not subscribed to a data plan, are you aware that some companies charge pay per use rates for data? If you do not have a data plan, you may want to turn your data services to "OFF" through the phone settings.
We can't tell you why your being billed, we aren't your carrier, and we do not have access to your information. The best bet is to start by speaking with them.

it's a company BB where I use it for business mails (outlook). So do they have a data plan, I guess.
