I need help to solve problem with Blackberry smartphone.
Our users have different kinds of blackberry (8520 Curve – 9000) and recently they are reporting problem with the smartphone, here we use BIS and access e-mails through Exchange 2007 server - Protocol to access e-mails: IMAP.
Problem: Old e-mail messages are appearing in the device, for example: after the day 03/03 new messages (February) was downloaded and after these messages news from 04/03 are download normally. Every day old messages appear in the device between the messages from the correct day.
I removed and added the account again in the Blackberry Website using IMAP or HHTPS and the problem proceed.
The Exchange administrator said that the server there is no problem, he did tests using a laptop and can synchronize e-mails from IMAP and https normally.
What should I do to solve this problem?

Just to confirm, you are using BIS and not BES?
