Explain in more detail what you're trying to do, and we might be able to be more helpful to you.

Detail, please.

You can't do that. The numbers are not there.

The only place the PINs are is in the BlackBerry Contacts.

OK - stop shouting. No more bold text.

WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO?
Back up BBM messages (YES OR NO)?
Back up people's PINs (which are in the address book)?
Back up PIN to PIN messages?

People are trying to help you but I don't understand what you want to do.

I think the easy solution is to write them down.
Not sure what else to do really based on the questions.
