Default using blackberry in Mexico

Please Login to Remove!

Can anyone tell me if I can or how to setup my Blackberry7290 to be able to access hot spots in Mexico without incurring phone charges?

You can't.
The 7290 doesn't have the capability to use "hot spots".
Forget it.
