Hello,

I recently received an 8700C that works with a BES server. When I receive email with attachments and forward these emails the attachments don't seem to go with the email. For example, I receive an email with an attachment. I forward this email to someone, and that person will not get the attachment. It's odd because this doesn't happen for people others with 8700C's in my orgqanization, nor did this happen on my old 7100T.

Any ideas?

Your BES could be restricting this kind of action. What kind of files are you trying to forward?

I have the same issue. What settings can I verify to ensure attachment is included as part of my forwarding? Thank you
