I recently swtiched to a new laptop for work purposes. I loaded the new BB desktop software ( manager) and plugged my BB into the USB. The Manager detects my BB by the PIN and shows it connected. However, I receive a unknown error when trying to configure the PIM sync. Also, when I pull up the handheld manager and look for the current version of my handheld software it shows nothing. What have I done wrong? Is there anything I need to load or delete before trying to load the manager on the new laptop. My BB works fine just need to sync contacts and calander. Thanks in advance. been trying to figure it out for 2 weeks.
Did you also load the handheld software onto your laptop?
