I recently upgraded to a 7100i from a Nextel 7520, and realized what many others have after upgrading from a BES attached Blackberry... I can't remove the IT Policy.
I've used the search and realized that I need to associate the unit with another BES server and send a default IT Policy to it, which is fine... however, since I performed an upgrade on my unit, I no longer have wireless service for it, just the new 7100i.
Can the new IT policy be sent via USB or does it have to come over-the-air?
Any help is appreciated. The end goal is to be able to sell the old phone to pay for my upgrade, so if anyone is interested in it that can either reset the policy themselves after they recieve it, please drop me a line.
I'm almost at the point of just sending the unit off to
