Default BB on TMobile help

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I want to get the bb curve 8520 on t mobile contract 15. The contract comes with unlimited blackberry email and a 'free flexible booster'. If i chose unlimited internet as my free flexible booster, is that enough to allow me to use BBM and other apps like that or do i need to add something else to my package. T-Mobile isnt very clear on this. If someone could clear this up would be great.

Thanks

You need more than just the internet booster. You need the BlackBerry Booster to use BB data services like BBM and email. Blackberrys are a unique sub-set of smartphones and have specific requirements. The FAQ section on T-Mobile UK lays is out.

thanks for reply..... Is the 'Unlimited blackberry email' that is included in my contract not the 'blackberry booster' that is needed for BBM and all the other blackberry apps to work? If not then how do i add the blackberry booster to my contract.

Best to ring up T-Mobile and have a little parlay. Double-check with them that you'll get more than just the email. Sometimes they have plans that give you only a single data feature and not the whole suite of capabilities. I would think that the Unlimited BlackBerry Email *should* include everything else, but ask them directly.

Unlimited Blackberry email is what you need and YES you NEED to have the unlimited internet booster for you to actually use the internet.
