bought a blackberry on ebay (6750) went to bell to get it activated on my plan (change esm to my plan and get rid of old phone) and they could not do it because it was apparently not wiped off the former users account. how can i get it wiped clean so that it can be activated for me and i don't just get stuck with a fancy new coaster. to the best of my knowledge it is not hot, it has just been replaced by a newer one and sold off to the vendor that i purchased it from. please help if you know of any way to make this happen.

You'll have to contact the carrier of the former owner.
