I installed the CK3100 last week and ever since then I will be on the phone talking and about 8 to 10 times a day the call will be dropped. I didn't think it could be the CK3100 and after checking the Blackberry my carrier finally decided to try a new phone/blackberry. Unfortunately that didn't fix the problem. I am still dropping calls. 5 today. Any ideas??? Could the CK3100 be defective and causing the dropped calls? I could see if it was defective losing the bluetooth connection but how could it drop the call all together?

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think it's the CK300... my business partner has been having the same problem on his 7520... let me know what you figure out...
