Hi
I have just been given a 7100x on O2, i have put my pay as you go chip in and it works just fine.....

But i have one major problem:-

When I go to access my browser it comes up with the following:-

Your device currently does not have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries please contact service provider.

I rang O2 and they did not have a clue, but where able to say that somewhere out there maybe an answer.


Please help if anyone can enlighten me

You need a Blackberry Data plan in order to access the net and mail.
Once you obtain a BB data plan the appropriate service books will be downloaded to your device.
I do not think there is a BB Data plan available to Pay as You Go.

There is no pay as you go BlackBerry Data Plan.
