Default Blackberry Desktop Redirector

Please Login to Remove!

Ok I read a BUNCH about this the other night...Even the witepaper on it and it still seems I missed the point. To use the redirector you have to have exchange? I use Outlook 2003 and my Pop mail server. I can setup forwards to help my BB get mail if I have to, I think I could do it with mailing list and maybe even get more mail to it but was hoping to use the redirector.

Sort of bummed that I can not.....

The redirector is only supported when using Exchange. Some have claimed it works for them with a POP3 account, but there are no guarantees and no support for it.

if you set up a bwc account, they offer something similiar to the desktop redirector called mail connector. This should allow you to do what you want and work the same way as the desktop redirector...pretty sure that with the mail connector, you can also see attachments...hope this helps.
