Exclamation CC Curve not syncing w/ windows Vista

Please Login to Remove!

Very frustrated, my curve suddenly quit syncing with my computer. I have tried following several great suggestions to no avail.

Still getting intellisync error: Unable to read application data.

At this point I am ready to wipe the BB. Is that even possible?

Open to any suggestions!

Thank you - Tisha

Yes you can wipe the blackberry.
But I realy don't see that it would help.

Default unable to read application data

I had the same "unable to read application data"

problem. I got lucky, and found the cause of the

problem on my BB. Since my last successful sync, I

had received, opened, and "add to address book" a

contact that was sent to me as a vCard attachment in

a text msg from an iPhone user. I deleted that

contact from my BB address book, and then my sync

worked fine. So somehow the vCard data had corrupted

my address book data for syncronizing. Sure wish

someone at RIM would address this problem.

maybe this will help

Open the email message that contains the vCard attachment.
Scroll down to highlight the attached file. This file will have a picture of a book beside it.
Open the menu and select View Attachment. This will allow you to view the vCard attachment.
Open the menu and select Add to Address Book. This will update the Address Book on the BlackBerry device with the new contact information contained in the vCard attachment.
