Question iNotes / Tmobile / dropping first line from emails from internal Notes users only

I'm using a 7290 on T-mobile.

At work we have Lotus Notes 6.0.3

I've configured to have it query iNotes (i.e., we do NOT have BES)

It works great except for one thing...

For messages from internal users only (i.e., people inside our company on Lotus Notes mail) it truncates the frirst line/paragraph. Messages from outside work just fine.

Anyone ever seen anything like this before?

Would appreciate any clues or suggestions

Finally threw in the towel and called T-mobile -> RIM support. They replicated the problem and are investigating.

Default Just saw your post when searching....

can I ask you HOW you get to configure your BB to use iNotes?

When I go through my.t-mobile.com and try to add a Lotus Notes Account it does NOT give me the iNotes option. I HAD this option when the BWC was active but since T-Mobile switched to this newfangled approach I am only offered the options of regular POP or using the Mail Connector.

I had assumed that T-Mobile simply discontinued support for iNotes but now I'm not so sure.

Thanks for any info.
