can someone tell me how to connect my bluetooth to my phone (i know im stupid!)

What bluetooth device are you trying to connect? You will first need to turn BT on and then put the device in pairing mode.

Read the directions that come with your BT device as they can be different.

You have to put the bt headset into pairing mode first. Once it's in pairing mode you can go to Options > Bluetooth on your BlackBerry, turn on bluetooth, and use the Menu key to select "Add Device". Your BB will look for nearby bt devices, find the headset, and you can then select it to pair them. Once the pairing is made your BB will always find the headset and either connect automatically or prompt you to allow the connection.
