Default ICQ problem - please help

Hello, can anybody help me, please? I got BB 9700 with BIS. I installed ICQ from BB APPS and it worked for a week maybe, but now it doesn´t work. Always the same prolem with connecting...UNEXPECTED ERROR (100). I made reinstall almost 10x but the F*** error is still there. Does enybody know, what i am doing wrong? THX

I think you have to contact the creator of the app for support. Sounds like the app itself has problems.
