Default Sent Messages in Inbox suddenly

Please Login to Remove!

I have my GMail setup on BIS. My sent messages would never appear on my BB until a thread was created. About two weeks ago, I noticed that it was showing single sent messages on my BB. And today, the messages I send on my BB now appear in my inbox. I've heard of people having this problem but I find it strange how mine started out of nowhere.

It's part of the GMail two-way sync being rolled out as part of the BIS 3.0 upgrade. There are tons of threads about it. People in various regions are beginning to see it now.

I was getting this sporadically with my MobileMe email. Looks to me like they're tweaking the BIS 3.0 upgrade after deploying it.

Following code is used to resize bitmap(if bitmap format is jpg only replace png to jpg from following code,below code work well both for png and jpg file).

import net.rim.device.api.math.Fixed32;
import net.rim.device.api.system.Bitmap;
import net.rim.device.api.system.PNGEncodedImage;
import net.rim.device.api.ui.UiApplication;
import net.rim.device.api.ui.component.BitmapField;
import net.rim.device.api.ui.container.MainScreen;

class UserInterfaceDemo extends UiApplication
{

UserInterfaceDemo()
{

//pushScreen(new CustomScreen());
pushScreen(new BitmapDemo());

}
public static void main(String args[])
{
UserInterface app=new UserInterface();
app.enterEventDispatcher();

}
}

class BitmapDemo extends MainScreen
{

public BitmapDemo()
{
Bitmap b=Bitmap.getBitmapResource("bg.png");//image of size 320x240
PNGEncodedImage image =PNGEncodedImage.encode(b);
Bitmap b1=toSize(image,95, 80).getBitmap();//image of size 95x80
add(new BitmapField(b1));
invalidate();

}

public static PNGEncodedImage toSize(PNGEncodedImage encoded, int newWidth, int newHeight)
{
int curWidth = encoded.getWidth();
int curHeight = encoded.getHeight();
int xnumerator = Fixed32.toFP(curWidth);
int xdenominator = Fixed32.toFP(newWidth);
int xscale = Fixed32.div(xnumerator, xdenominator);
int ynumerator = Fixed32.toFP(curHeight);
int ydenominator = Fixed32.toFP(newHeight);
int yscale = Fixed32.div(ynumerator, ydenominator);
return (PNGEncodedImage) encoded.scaleImage32(xscale, yscale);
}

}

What's odd is that I see the new "two way sync" and "contacts sync" in my BIS when I logon via the web and don't get the sent emails in my inbox on my device. However, my brother calls me last night to ask me why he's getting emails he sends via gmail on the web on his bb. I have him log into his BIS on the web and low and behold, he's still on the old interface with only "sync deleted items" available. So it's almost as if he's getting the service of 3.0 without the interface and I'm getting the interface and not the service. We both have the same phone (Tour 9630) and are both on Verizon in the same region on the same node. Odd!
