Unhappy message 507

Please Login to Remove!

hi have wiped out my bb and now have message 507.
it is a 8310. is it possible to reinstall it and use the phone again? and how do i do it?

Yes 507 means no OS.
So reload the OS.

When you do a complete wipe, you WANT to see the error 507 when the process is complete. That means it worked!

Now on to step 2: reload your os.

Check the yellow sticky at the top of the 8300 section. There should be one there with the latest OS and detailed instructions on how to do it. Follow them EXACTLY and be patient, It can take an hour or longer.
