hi all .........
i have my blackberry 8310 ........ over all ..... its working fine but, i cant transfer any data through blue-tooth nor by connecting it through computer.
could anyone please give me the solution ???
i would be very great-full to u .....

And (for your peace of mind), there are no known viruses on BlackBerrys. Your PC is a different story.

i am unable to send or receive any type of data ......... i used desktop manager for blackberry so that i can connect up the phone ....... but ...... its of no use ........ i can't access the phone through my pc too ......

hey ....... when i took out the card and attach it directly to pc, i can access that, but i see a folder named as "Blackberry" but it looks like a folder but is an EXE file.
secondly,
when i copy songs or pictures on card, its too not visible on blackberry.
