Default Newbie needing help!! Please help!!!! Please!!!

I would have placed this thread in the appropriate forum if I knew where to place it. But I need help quick. I have a blackberry 7750 that I use to help stay in contact with my customers. When I purchased my BB I upgraded from the older software to the newer 4.0 software so I could surf the web. It was working flawlessly. All of a sudden it stopped working. I have exhausted all my remedies on the phone with the Verizon teck help. They can't fix it. What can I do???? My pin number is not registering. It is saying that my pin# is FFFFFFFFF. Is there any fix for this?? Please someone help! could you send email fixes to [email address]

Try doing a search for FFFFFFFF, I think this is the result, but if not, go to the search button. Sounds like you may need a new BB.
