|  HELP! JL_cdmer wont run!
Please Login to Remove! I recently downloaded JL_cdmer to restore my pearl 8100 to factory setting and thus remove the IT policy.
As instructed I extracter and clicked to run, clicked to install and the black window comes up for a split second just to shut down again.
I go: JL_cdmer> Extract> Run the .exe> Yes I want to install> Window flashes black with frame and disappears after a split second.
What to do? Any help is much appreciated...
