receiving duplicate emails on the 8520

Smile receiving duplicate emails on the 8520

Please Login to Remove!
Everytime i receive an email a duplicate is always sent. How can I stop the duplicate from being sent so i can just receive one email.

Please explain a bit further.

Are you receiving a copy of each email you send from your BB?

Are you forwarding email from an account to your BB?

If it is a gmail account, this might help:

Default email duplicates
Everytime I receive an email from my work email account it send two emails to my black berry one as the original and one as a duplicate

Are you on BES?

Do you also have a forward set up to forward it to another address perhaps?

not sure what is bes? But no i don't have my email forwarded anywhere. I just added the email address to my blackberry
