Hi everyone I have a huge problem with my tour...I bought it like 4 months ago. The first 2 months the battery worked great it lasted the whole day and even when using the music player and the blackberry msn often. From a month or so the battery drained quickly and lasted just 4 or 5 hours so I bought a new one. The problem is still present and I don't know what to do!!! I have disabled the bluetooth, don't have the gps on, I close all my applications (I only have a few), I don't play music anymore and just chat a little bit..besides when Im not using it I put it in stand by mode....NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK=(. Is there something wrong with my phone? what else should I do?

Try to remember if you added an App when this started. If so make sure it's not running.
Worse case the battery or phone is defective. If nothing seem to work, try returning to the seller or carrier to see if you can get a replacement phone or at least a replacement battery..

Are you in an area where the radio signal is week? Is your phone frequently searching for a connection? That will run the battery down faster than anything I've seen.

Check to see the service level you have in general. the radio will run down a battery very quickly. You did not indicate the carrier or location. forget the advertizing, they all have bad service areas

Is Google Maps running in the background? Make sure you exit that application after each use.
